How we build and ship
Tested version ranges
Each product page lists the platform versions we install and test on. We do not claim support for builds we have not run.
No core edits
Hooks, events, template overrides and the platform’s module or plugin APIs only, so platform upgrades do not overwrite our code.
In-place updates
New versions download from your account and install through the platform’s own add-on, extension, module or plugin manager.
Real screenshots and docs
Screenshots come from real test stores; every product has installation, configuration and troubleshooting documentation.

What is Kavio Labs?

Where can I buy Kavio Labs products?

How does the licence work?
One licence covers one production store: its base domain and every subdomain. Staging, development and localhost copies are free. Every licence includes 12 months of updates and support, and the product keeps working after that period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of your first purchase of a product. Delivered services such as installation are not refundable. The refund policy on our stores has the details.
How do I get support?
Open a ticket from My account → Support on any of our stores, or write to [email protected]. The first reply comes within one business day. Support is in English.
Do Kavio Labs products change core files?
No. They use the platform’s hooks, events, template overrides and extension APIs, so upgrading the platform does not overwrite them.
